We will have records of your personal information or credit card data when you register with us and wish to pay by credit card.

We use it only for the purposes of sales, sales promotions and credit /security check purposes within our company, in some circumstance we may need to use it for security or legal purposes with other related party (e.g. credit check, legal action for debt recovery…)

We do not collect sensitive information about you ( e.g. racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs or affiliations, health information, except in limited circumstances);

Information and data Security:

We do not reveal or share your personal information to/with any third party other than a necessary use for the above mentioned purposes, we will be at our best care to prevent data misuse or loss or data change without your prior authorization, However, Fortune Tec take no responsibility if  the circumstance is irresistible or out of our control (e.g. act of god, government order … etc)

Information and data update:

You can at any time advice us via written notice to change or update your information and data with us to ensure the accuracy.

Trade reference:

If customer requires their information to be revealed to other party as their benefit, please advice Fortune Tec via email, we can do so by your request.

We, Fortune Tec reserve the right to alter our privacy policy to maintain and comply to the standard in IT industry, we are setting out this privacy policy as a good faith to assist you to understand how we handle your personal information as well as assisting you in purchasing, receiving information or your other business activities, under no circumstance, Fortune Tec should  be liable for any  distortion or mis interpretation use of  this policy .
