The following terms and conditions are regarded as a legally effective agreement between the you - the buyer and Fortune Tec P/L once the following options is taken


For on line shoppers: you only need to select the "agree" button

For Trade Customers: we require you to print out this form and sign with authorization properly then fax back to 02-97480095, however once you completed on line registeration, you are deemed to accept all terms and conditions hereby posted.


Warranty and title of goods:


1. Title of goods will not pass to purchaser until the invoice amount is fully paid.
2. An authorized RMA# must be presented for warranty, on return to base basis with its original packing, if the returned goods to be found no fault or being tampered then the sender must collect it at their own cost.
3. Fortune Tec, under no circumstance, accept liability to cover any labour cost or claim of loss or any other expenses incurred or any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the product(s).
4. Warranty is carried out for 12 months from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
5. Warranty is limited only to the product itself by repairing or replacing with the same or the similar item.
6. Warranty for Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) goods or goods of being poor conditions or faulty or missing parts must be noticed to us within 3 days upon the receipt of goods, Fortune Tec will not accept any claim of such beyond the period.
7. Warranty is based on non-transferable basis; we will only accept warranty liability from our direct customers
8. Warranty do not cover any unpaid items or services.


Orders:


We accept orders via on line shopping, email, fax and phone (trade only)


Order cancellation:


Can only be requested before payment is being charged and before pick up service is being booked from us. Cancellation of order, will cause great incovenience of our stock management, therefore it is not welcome, however if it was accepted, we will charge at least 15% for on line shopping for retail customers, (trade customers: to be adviced)


Restocking of goods:


1.Restocking of goods can only be considered within 7 days of invoice, it will normally not be accepted if it is as a result of your change of mind or your customer's cancellation of order,.., however when restocking of goods is accepted from prior arrangement, then its original packing, parts, accessories, manual... must be returned to base together with the goods in good condition, otherwise we may refuse such return.

2.D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) goods will be subject to RMA replacement, not applicable for refund or restocking request.

3.Restocking on credit arrangement doesn't not cover freight, expenses incurred and GST

4.Restocking fee: if resctocking was accepted, the fee will be at least 15% from invoice value.


Payment:


1. All payment based on CFBD (Clear Fund Before Delivery), we accept major Amex/VISA/Master Card, Bank Cheque and D/D (direct deposit), EFT (Electronic Fund transfer), EFTPOS, Money Tech
2. Should payment become dishonored, a $25 dishonored fee will apply
3. Credit card payment: Fortune Tec reserve the right to refuse a credit card payment depending on its credibility, otherwise 2 to 3% surcharge apply.
4.We may require your other ID proof copy  to be presented with your credit card payment details


Debt recovery:


Fortune Tec will utilize a professional legal agent for debt recovery, and the debtor will be charged for all legal expenses/fee and interests.


Transport:


Fortune Tec take no responsibility for lost or damage to the goods once the goods was picked up from our warehouse, as the delivery is always made by customer's own assigned couriers or any available 3rd party courier other than Fortune Tec's own delivery service.

A separate insurance can be purchased to cover such risks, please make inquiry with the courier or transport company if it become concern to you. 


Delivery:

1. Depending on the situations, we normally can proceed delivery within 2 working days but please allow up to 7 working days.
2. If redelivery is needed as a result of the receiver's absence to receive the goods or wrong address being given or in a uncontrollable situation then a redelivery fee will apply


*Rights reserve:


Fortune Tec reserve the rights to refuse or cancel the whole or partial of any transactions at its own discretion.
Fortune Tec reserve the right, if necessary, to request a certain preferred method of payment or change the limit of payment amount.

Privacy policy:
